Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Estimated Delivery Window
All pre-order items are expected to ship within 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly due to production or supplier delays.

2. Full Payment Required
Payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your item. This guarantees that your pre-order is reserved.

3. No Refunds, Cancellations, or Changes
Pre-orders are considered final sale. Once your order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or changes (including size, color, or shipping address). Please review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Combined Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

5. Updates
We’ll keep you informed by email regarding any major updates or changes to your expected delivery timeframe.
