**Our days of operation are Monday-Friday. For orders placed before 2pm PST, we ensure expedited packages are packed and shipped the same day they are received during our days of operation. If your order comes in after 2pm PST, your package will be shipped the next business day. Please refer to your requested shipping service's holiday schedule for any closures when planning around the expedited service.

International Expedited Services:

  • NEW! UPS Standard To Canada: Lowest Fee & Fastest Service. Prices vary based on your location.
  • For delivery within 2 weeks, we offer DHL Express and UPS Worldwide shipping services. DHL Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited are available to most countries. Rates and delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Generally, the rates start at around $20+.

Please note that tracking is not available for some international shipments, depending on the country. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Missing packages are stressful, but don’t worry!

1. Check that the shipping address, which you provided, is correct on your order.

2. Check around your home or with your neighbors.

3. Give it a few days. Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.

4. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your package is still lost, contact shop@giantvintage.com with your order number and our support team will be happy to look into this for you!

Giant Vintage cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail carrier, and not yet received - including lost or stolen items. In such situations, please contact the carrier directly.

No refunds will be provided for missing or lost packages.

Packages Returned To Sender:

The mail courier does keep packages for a few days before sending them back to the original sender. 

First, please contact the mail courier to see if you can schedule a redelivery.

If the courier states that the package has already been sent back to the original sender, please email shop@giantvintage.com with your order number, and our support team would be happy to look into this for you!


Domestic & International: Giant Vintage ships to the customers’ address exactly as the customer entered it at checkout. For this reason, please make sure that your shipping address is 100% correct, as Giant Vintage is not responsible for any errors with order entry. 

If your package is returned to sender (Giant Vintage), for any reason, customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. 

All refused or returned packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  

If we are unable to contact the customer, a refund—less the cost of the original shipment plus a 15% restocking fee—will be credited to the customer’s original form of payment.

International (outside USA): Please note that not tracking is not offered for every country and destination. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any international deliveries not sent by a premium delivery service which requires a signature

There are no refunds on shipping fees for packages that are refused, unclaimed, or have unpaid duty or taxes. 

We do not refund international orders if the package is returned after 75 days due to unpaid duties or taxes. 

Because wholesale orders are larger and packaged accordingly, we offer different rates globally. Please contact us directly for your customized wholesale shipping rates.
