Expedited Service:

For delivery within 2 weeks, we offer DHL Express and UPS International shipping services.

DHL Express, UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited are available to most countries. Rates and delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Generally, the rates start at around $40.

Missing packages are stressful, but don’t worry!

1. First, check that your shipping address is correct on your order.

2. Check around your home or with neighbors.

3. Give it a few days. Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.

4. Contact the shipping carrier.

If your package is still lost, contact shop@giantvintage.com with your order number. If we find that your package is deemed lost, we will issue a replacement or a store credit. We do not provide refunds for missing or lost packages.

Because wholesale orders are larger and packaged accordingly, we offer different rates globally. Please contact us directly for your customized wholesale shipping rates.
