Please note that tracking is not available for some international shipments, depending on the country.

Any taxes, duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect any money for these things, nor do we have any knowledge about the specific policies of your country. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.

Missing packages are stressful, but don’t worry!

1. First, check that your shipping address is correct on your order.

2. Check around your home or with neighbors.

3. Give it a few days. Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.

4. Contact the shipping carrier.

If your package is still lost, contact shop@giantvintage.com with your order number. If we find that your package is deemed lost, we will issue a replacement or a store credit. We do not provide refunds for missing or lost packages.
