Missing packages are stressful, but don’t worry!
1. First, check that your shipping address is correct on your order.
2. Check around your home or with neighbors.
3. Give it a few days. Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.
4. Contact the shipping carrier.
If your package is still lost, contact email@example.com with your order number. If we find that your package is deemed lost, we will issue a replacement or a store credit. We do not provide refunds for missing or lost packages.
